Charles grew up in a small town in Missouri. After graduating from high school the family moved to Louisiana where he lived a few years. In 1993 Charles made the move to South Carolina and has made Bluffton his home. 

With 30 years of experience in maintenance and construction and a broad range of related skills, a home inspection business was a logical choice for Charles. He put the competencies that earned him a long list of professional certifications to good use in his management positions and now when inspecting homes.  The best inspectors are the ones who have hands-on installation and repair knowledge regarding electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, irrigation, etc. For anyone who agrees with this statement, Charles is your man!

Charles is also a backyard astronomer who enjoys astrophotography as a hobby.  Combining his hobby and work skills in his time off, he constructed his own observatory with a roll-off roof.  When he isn’t photographing the neighboring galaxies, he is relaxing in his Bluffton home with his beloved wife of 12 years.  The departure of the 3 sons of their blended family has recently placed Charles and Lilli in the “empty nesters” club.
